Delicious chicken salad alone, on a green salad or in a sandwich. Ingredients:
4 c. chicken breast, cubed |
2 c. apples, chopped |
1 c. celery, chopped |
1/4 c. grapes, sliced |
1/3 c. sliced almonds |
1/4 c. lemon juice |
1/2 c. light mayonaise |
1/3 c. plain lowfat yogurt |
Directions:
1. Toss apples in lemon juice then combine all ingredients. 2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
