Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup salad dressing |
1/4 cup lime juice |
salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
4 cups cubed cooked chicken |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges |
1 cup green seedless grape, halved |
3/4 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds |
lettuce |
Directions:
1. Drain Mandarin Orange segments. 2. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and nutmeg. 3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 4. Chill. 5. Serve on Lettuce leaves. 6. Refrigerate leftovers. |
