The chicken salad is quick and easy. If you want a little 'zip', add a few drops of hot sauce to the mixture! Serve on lettuce as a salad or on bread as a sandwich. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can chicken chunks, drained |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 cup sweet pickles, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine the chicken meat, celery, mayonnaise, onion powder and sweet pickles. |
