Ingredients:
1 cup(s) cooked chicken breast, chopped |
1/3 cup(s) cored apple or celery, chopped |
1 hard cooked egg, peeled and chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) light mayo |
2 tablespoon(s) plain low-fat yogurt |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl stir together chicken, apple (or celery) and egg.. Add yogurt and mayo; stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to four hours. 3. Spread chicken mixture on whole wheat bread, top with lettuce. |
