this is so simple - and the curry adds a nutty flavor - that extra something Ingredients:
2 cups leftover cooked chicken, shredded |
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (not lite!) or 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not lite!) |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. mix chicken and Vegenaise [or mayo]. 2. add curry a little at a time, to taste. 3. pile on white bread or rolls, toasted or not. |
