one slice my homemade 8-grain bread Ingredients:
30 grams chicken breast, roasted |
20 grams almonds, slivered |
1 tbsp craisins |
2 gherkins, chopped |
2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise |
80 grams wholegrains bread |
1 tsp butter |
Directions:
1. Chop chicken into fine dice 2. Break up the slivered almonds into smaller bits 3. Chop the gherkins fine 4. Mix all together (except bread) 5. Add spinach or lettuce, if desired 6. Spread butter on bread, make sandwich (either open face or cut bread in half. |
