Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
3/4 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup dole's pineapple tidbits , drained
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 apple
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup sliced celery
100 grams yogurt
2 t miracle whip lite mayonnaise
2 t mustard
2 t lemon juice
1 t grated onion
2 t splenda
1/8 t low sodium soy sauce
Directions:
1. Combine chicken cranberry sauce, pineapple, almonds, apple, green pepper, celery.
2. Combine yogurt, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, onion, soy sauce, and sugar and blend until smooth.
3. Mix all together-enjoy!
