Yum, yum! Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast |
3/4 cup cranberry sauce |
1 cup dole's pineapple tidbits , drained |
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
1 apple |
1/2 cup diced green pepper |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
100 grams yogurt |
2 t miracle whip lite mayonnaise |
2 t mustard |
2 t lemon juice |
1 t grated onion |
2 t splenda |
1/8 t low sodium soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken cranberry sauce, pineapple, almonds, apple, green pepper, celery. 2. Combine yogurt, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, onion, soy sauce, and sugar and blend until smooth. 3. Mix all together-enjoy! |
