Chicken salad recipe- Ingredients:
4 lb chicken breast |
3 stalks of celery (chopped) |
2 cup crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
24 tbsp fat free miracle whip |
Directions:
1. Boil Chicken, remove and cool in refrigerator. 2. Chop up celery finely. 3. When chicken is cool, chop or shred and add all ingredients. 24 tbsp of FF Miracle Whip is 1/5-2 cups (add to your taste) 4. Mix throughly and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to get cool. 5. Serving is about 1 cup of chicken salad |
