Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed
2 cups celery, chopped
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Combine everything. Chill for a hour.
2. Wonderful on toast, or on crackers or use to stuff a tomato.
