Chicken Salad Ingredients:
6 cups of romaine lettuce |
1/2 cucumber,sliced |
2 medium tomatoes |
1/4 cup red onions chopped |
3/4 cup cooked chicken breast shredded |
3 tbsp lemon juice |
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
1 tbsp red wine vinegar |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1/2 cup dried oregano |
1 tsp fresh chopped mint |
Directions:
1. Toss lettuce,tomatoes,onions, and cucumbers in a large salad bowl. Top with cooked chicken and shredded parmesan. |
