P90X chicken salad, level 1 Ingredients:
6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast |
2 tbs low-fat mayonnaise |
3/4 tbs dijon mustard |
2 tbs scallions, diced |
1/8 tsp fresh dill |
1/4 cup celery, diced |
Directions:
1. Poach chicken; cool and dice 2. gently combine the chicken with the remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve. |
