Chicken Salad Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat free sour cream |
3 scallions, minced |
1 tbsp parsley, chopped finely |
1/2 tsp lemon peel, grated |
1 salt and pepper |
3 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream, scallions, parsley, lemon peel, salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to blend. Ad the chicken and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce or wraps. |
