I got this yummy salad from our local newspaper Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cooked chicken |
2 celery ribs, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup slivered almonds |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
2 teaspoons mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in a bowl. 2. Chill for at least an hour. 3. Serve on sandiwch or eat as a salad. |
