This is THE best chicken salad I've ever had. I got the recipe from my friends mom. It's simple, not a lot of ingredients, but I like it that way. I was raised on Salad Dressing, but I prefer this made with real Mayo. I'm usually one to add onions or garlic to something like this, but I prefer this just the way it is! Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 cup mayonnaise (more or less to your taste.) |
1/2 lb seedless grapes (cut up) |
4 -5 ounces cashews |
salt |
pepper |
onion powder |
garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Boil chicken until cooked through and no longer pink, then shred. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 3. Enjoy on bread, crackers or with a spoon! |
