This is a nice rub for chicken breast. Apply it liberally all over your chicken just before putting it on the grill. It creates a nice crust that locks in the moisture of your chicken. Also tastes great on a flat iron steak, if that cut is available in your area. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
4 tablespoons salt |
1/4 cup paprika |
3 tablespoons pepper |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
Directions:
1. Mix it all together and store it in a zip lock bag or some other container. You'll have plenty left over to use later. |
