1 cup(s) broccoli or spinach |
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper |
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded |
1 whole(s) garlic clove pressed |
2 teaspoon(s) dill mix |
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
2-8 ounce(s) cresent rolls |
2 egg whites |
almonds optional |
Directions:
1. Spray non-stick cooking spray on pan. Flatten out crescent rolls together. Cut slits on both sides. Mix together cooked chicken, brocolli (or spinach), red bell pepper, cheese, garlic, mayo, dill mix, and salt. Put mixture to form a roll. Brush with egg whites.Top with almonds. 350 degrees |
