One-pan, tasty dinner in an hour. Ingredients:
6 -8 chicken thighs (or a combo) or 6 -8 chicken breasts (or a combo) |
1 cup uncooked rice (not minute) |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
3 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 cup boiling water |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix |
garlic powder |
dried parsley |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Use a 9 x 12 baking dish. 2. In bottom of dish pour in the mushroom soup. 3. Add rice. 4. In boiling water dissolve bouillon cubes. 5. Pour over rice. Blend to mix. 6. Sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, and pepper. 7. Place raw chicken on top. 8. Sprinkle onion soup on top of chicken and rice. 9. Cover with foil. 10. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. |
