Chicken thighs baked in rice. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless |
1/2 packet onion soup mix, dry mix |
2 cups minute rice |
10 ounce cream of celery soup |
10 ounce water |
8 ounce mushrooms, drained |
Directions:
1. mix rice, celery soup, water and mushrooms. Pour into 9 x 11 greased pan. Lay chicken over top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Bake at 325 for 2 hrs. |
