Chicken with Cream of mushroom soup & rice Ingredients:
2 cups white rice |
2 lbs chicken |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Put rice in cake size oven pan 2. Stir together soup and water (water will change depending on humidity and how soupy you want the rice!) 3. Save about a cup of the soup/water mixture, and stir the rest into the rice. 4. Add the chicken on top of the rice. 5. Pour the reserved soup/water over the chicken. 6. Cover with tin foil. 7. Bake at 375 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. |
