A crunchy main dish cole slaw salad. Delicious with the crunchies on top. Ingredients:
dressing |
1/3 cup sugar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons oil |

6 cups finely shredded cabbage |
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast |
1 (3-oz.) pkg. chicken or oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix |
3 tablespoons sliced or chopped almonds, toasted |
2 teaspoons sesame seed, toasted |
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. 2. In large bowl, combine cabbage, chicken and onion; toss to mix. Crumble ramen noodles; discard seasoning packet or reserve for a later use. Add noodles, almonds and sesame seed to cabbage mixture. Add dressing; toss to coat. |
