200 g whole wheat tortillas |
280 g large low carb tortillas |
2/3 onion |
1 pepper jalapeno |
1 bell pepper |
1/2 cup shredded low fat cheese |
3 oz diced grilled chicken |
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients between tortillas in quesadilla maker, grill until browned. |
