200 g whole wheat tortillas
280 g large low carb tortillas
2/3 onion
1 pepper jalapeno
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded low fat cheese
3 oz diced grilled chicken
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. add all ingredients between tortillas in quesadilla maker, grill until browned.
