Mum's old recipe Ingredients:
400 g chicken fillets |
750 g potatoes |
3 cloves garlic |
2 tbs olive oil |
50 ml soy sauce |
50 ml wine |
Directions:
1. lightly fry garlic 2. add chicken, and cook on medium heat until the liquid is clear 3. add diced potatoes 4. add soy sauce and chinese cooking wine 5. simmer on low to medium heat until potatoes are cooked, stirring occasionally 6. add water during this last step if the mixture looks a bit dry 7. serve with steamed rice |
