The chicken added to this recipe gives the usual potatoe soup a difeerent and added flavor Ingredients:
1/4 c green onions, chopped |
1/2 c celery, chopped |
3 t butter |
2-3 potatoes, chopped |
2 carrots |
1 c cooked chicken |
1 c chicken broth |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
2 1/2 c water |
1 c milk |
s & p to taste |
1chicken boullion cube |
curry powder (opt. & to taste) |
Directions:
1. Saute' onions & celery in butter. Add potatoes& carrots with just enough water to prevent scorching. 2. Saute' 3. Add the rest - & simmer until potatoes are desired tenderness. 4. Simmer for about 1 to 2 hours |
