2 1/2 to 3# frying chicken pieces skins removed (optional) |
3 large potatoes cut into wedges |
2 medium onions, diced |
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
2 (14 1/2-oz) diced tomatoes (drained) |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Place chicken pieces in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish 3. Arrange potatoes over chicken; top with onion 4. Sprinkle garlic salt & pepper evenly over onion 5. Spoon tomatoes over dish & top with parsley 6. Cover with foil & bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hr. or until 7. chicken is no longer pink in the center & potatoes are tender |
