Super easy busy weeknight meal. Serve with green beans or a garden salad and you are good to go Ingredients:
3 lbs broiler chickens, cut up |
1 lb red potatoes, cut into chunks |
3/4 cup prepared italian salad dressing |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400*F 2. Place chicken in a large, greased baking dish. 3. Arrange the potatoes around the chicken. 4. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cheese. 5. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 20-30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and chicken juices run clear. |
