1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chopped dill |
7 tablespoons yogurt |
1 tablespoon water |
3 tablespoons buttermilk |
1 egg white |
1/2 tablespoon water |
1 tablespoon chopped dill |
4 ounces chicken |
2 carrots |
3/4 cup onion |
3/4 cup corn |
3/4 cup peas |
2 tablespoons chopped rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups fat-free chicken broth |
2 tablespoons flour |
Directions:
1. Shape dough into 4 circles. 2. Divide all ingredients into 4 portions equally and add chicken broth. 3. Place dough over top. 4. Bake at 400 for 25 min until crusty. 5. Serve warm. |
