This is a very easy, delicious recipe! For a more fiber-packed version, feel free to substitute Heart Healthy Bisquick for the Reduced-Fat Bisquick. Ingredients:
1 lb skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed |
8 ounces 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup |
12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables |
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth |
2 cups bisquick reduced-fat baking mix |
1 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. 2. In a 9x13 glass casserole dish, evenly spread the thawed vegetables and cubed chicken breast. 3. 3. Mix the soup and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and chicken in the pan. 4. 4. Mix the Bisquick and skim milk and evenly pour over the mixture in the pan. 5. 5. Bake for about 1 hour, or until top is a light brown color. |
