Adaptation of other recipes. Ingredients:
2 large thin pita breads |
1/2 cup pizza sauce |
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup sliced yellow pepper |
10 small olives |
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
4 teaspoons parmesan cheese |
2 pinches oregano |
Directions:
1. 1. Spread pizza sauce over pita bread. 2. 2. Put vegetables on top then coat with cheese. 3. 3. Place in broiler til cheese melts. |
