Comfort food all year long Ingredients:
5 boneless chicken breasts |
1 cup chopped celery |
2 cups chicken stock |
10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup butter |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken and celery in stock until done. 2. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and place in a 9 X12 dish. 3. Add the celery to the dish. 4. Mix the stock and chicken soup and pour over the top. 5. Melt butter. 6. Add flour and milk to butter and mix until smooth. 7. Spread flour mix over top of pan. 8. Bake at 450 F until brown. |
