Giada family cookbook Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast |
1/4 c capers |
4 t flour |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 c low sodium chicken broth |
3 t butter |
2 t olive oil |
1/4 c lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Heat large saucepan and melt butter and oil. Salt and pepper on chicken. Dredge in flour. Saute chicken 3 minutes on each side. Remove to plate and cover. Add broth, lemon juice, and capers to pan. Bring to boil. Return chicken to pan with sauce |
