Oh so good! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in inch strips |
1 large onion |
3 garlic cloves, pressed |
salt and pepper |
2 cups frozen tricoloered bell peppers |
12 ounces fettuccine pasta |
2 teaspoons basil |
3 tablespoons romano cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add chicken, onions, and garlic. Salt & pepper chicken to taste and cook until chicken is browned. Add frozen bell peppers, turn heat to low, and let simmer until chicken is finished cooking. 2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to pakg directions. Drain and toss into the chicken mixture. Add basil and toss again. Serve with a sprinkling of romano cheese on top. |
