Chicken Patties With Hot and Sour Sauce |

Serve with Hot and Sour Sauce as a dipping sauce. Ingredients:
500 g ground chicken |
2 tablespoons red curry paste |
1 teaspoon kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped |
1 egg |
fish sauce, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine the chicken mince, curry paste, lime leaf, egg and fish sauce and form into small patties about 5cm wide and 1cm thick. 2. Barbecue the patties on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. |
