While searching for a way to eat healthy, without it tasting awful, I was experimenting in the kitchen and this is what came out. :) Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box angel hair pasta |
1 yellow onion |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
4 chicken breast halves |
2 cups kraft zesty italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Prepare pasta acording to the directions. 2. Saute onions in extra virgin olive oil. 3. Cut the chicken into 1/2 inch thick strips or cubes. 4. Cook thoroughly over medium heat with the onions. 5. Serve chicken over pasta. :). |
