Chicken Parmigiana
Ingredients:
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
24 ounce chicken breast, skinless
2 large egg whites
2 cups bread crumbs
26 ounce spaghetti sauce
3/4 cup (3-ounce) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredient
2. dredge chicken in first 4 ing
3. dredge chicken in egg whites
4. dredge in bread crumbs
5. Bake chicken in pan with non-stick spray at 350 for 25 minutes
6. Heat spaghetti sauce, add to chicken in pan
7. Sprinkle with cheese
8. bake 5 more minutes
9. Serve (6 servings)
