This very easy recipe comes from a magazine. The time to make does not include the time to cook the chicken. Ingredients:
4 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts |
1/3 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese |
2 green onions, chopped |
2 celery ribs, chopped |
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
celery leaves |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Cover and chill 2 hours. 3. Garnish, if desired. |
