2 -4 chicken breasts |

lemon pepper |
garlic powder |
1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/8 cup dried parsley |
1 tablespoon paprika |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 jar classico alfredo with sun dried tomatoes |
1 teaspoon fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Season chicken breasts with very little lemon pepper, salt and garlic. 2. Combine parmesan, dried parsley, paprika and breadcrumbs. 3. Roll seasoned chicken breasts in mixture. 4. Oil skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. 5. Place chicken breasts in skillet. 6. Brown lightly on both sides. 7. Place chicken breasts in oven for 10-15 minutes. 8. In a small saucepan warm alfredo sauce and fresh parsley for 3-5 minutes. 9. Pour sauce over chicken. 10. You may sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese. 11. Serve with pasta. |
