This is a healthy and simple version of chicken parmesan, so easy and only takes about 30 minutes. no frying, you are going to bake the chicken and it comes out so juicy and tender, serve with a side of spaghetti, simple dinner.
Ingredients:
2 -4 chicken breasts, thawed
1 cup breadcrumbs, italian or 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. preheat oven 400
2. first put milk in bowl ,coat each chicken breast and then into the bread crumbs, make sure to coat all sides of chicken, place on a lightly sprayed baking sheet and into oven for 30 minutes. while chicken is cooking heat your pasta sauce on low heat until chicken is done. take chicken out coat top of each breast with pasta sauce and parmesan cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. serve with spaghetti and garlic bread, yum.
