Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast pounded to 1/2 inch thick |
1 whole(s) egg |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 box(es) italian seasoned bread crumbs |
8 slice(s) mozzarella cheese |
16 ounce(s) spaghetti sauce |
parmesan cheese separated |
Directions:
1. Mix milk and egg in a bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and some parmesan cheese 3. Dip chicken in milk/egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides until golden .Set aside in baking dish. 4. Place 2 slices of mozzarella on each chicken breast 5. Pour spagetti sauce over all and sprinkle with remaining parmesan 6. Bake 30min.or until bubbly 400 degrees no need to flip chicken. |
