This is SO incredibly simple. Great after a long, hard day, and the kids love it. Ingredients:
4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Roll chicken in melted butter first, then in parmesan cheese until they coat well. 2. Place chicken in greased baking pan and drizzle a little extra butter over each piece. 3. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender. |
