1 chicken, cut up |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 medium onions, finely chopped |
2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped |
2 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika |
1/2 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chicken on all sides, 10 minutes. Remove and set aside. 2. Add onion to the pan. Cook, stirring, until tender and beginning to brown, 5-10 minutes. 3. Add tomatoes and paprika. Return chicken to pan. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes until tender. 4. Remove chicken to a serving platter. Stir in sour cream. Heat until warm. Do not boil. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken. |
