Main Dish Ingredients:
24 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast |
1 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated |
3 tbsp soy sauce |
2 tbsp mustard |
2 tbsp sesame oil |
1/3 cup oil |
3 tbsp sugar |
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
2 tbsp white vinegar |
Directions:
1. Heat wok. Add oil and add ginger, chicken and 3 slices of lemon. stir fry on medium heat about 4-5 minutes or until chicken is done. Do not brown. Serve with sauce. 2. Sauce-whisk remaining ingredients together until smooth. |
