Ingredients:
4 whole(s) boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup(s) olive oil
2 pound(s) hot italian sausage
4 whole(s) garlic cloves
1/2 pound(s) sliced mushrooms
2 cup(s) orobianco wine or muscatel wine
1/4 cup(s) water
2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over med-high heat, cook garlic until golden.
2. Remove garlic and discard
3. In the garlic-oil drippings over med-high heat, cook the chicken and sausage a few pieces at a time until brown on all sides.
4. Spoon off all but 2 Tbsp of drippings
5. Return sausage and chicken to skillet
6. Stir in wine and mushrooms, heat to boiling, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 min. basting occasionally .
7. Remove meat and arrange on a warm platter.
8. In a cup, blend water and cornstarch until smooth. Gradually stir into hot liquid in skillet and cook until thickened.
9. Serve over hot cooked noodles
