8 oz cooked chicken (shredded) |
10 oz cooked rice (cold) |
10 oz mandarin orange segments (drained) |
4 spring onions |
1 cucumber (chopped) |
1 red pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix altogether and eat. 2. (4 tablespoons salad dressing could be added for extra calories). |
