Chicken or Tuna Salad Bake |

I always used to make this when we were newlyweds. It's quick, and easy on the budget. Add a salad and you have a tasty little meal. Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup diced celery |
1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
1/2 cup salad dressing or 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 dash pepper |
3 hardboiled egg, chopped |
1 can tuna or 2 cups cooked cubed chicken |
2 cups broken potato chips |
Directions:
1. Combine soup, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper in 1 1/2 quart casserole. 2. Fold in eggs, and tuna or chicken. 3. Top with potato chips. 4. Bake at 400° for 30 mins. 5. This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. 6. Top with chips right before baking. |
