Marinated peri peri chicken pan fried served with bacon mixed salad leaves, avocado & swiss cheess. Include side of fries Ingredients:
1 focaccia bread |
125 g chicken breasts |
35 g bacon |
50 g mixed salad greens |
1/4 avocado |
1 slice swiss cheese |
150 g chips |
20 ml peri-peri |
Directions:
1. Butterfly and halve chicken breast and marinate in peri peri sauce for 24 hours. 2. Cook chicken and bacon and melt swiss cheese. 3. Lightly toast foccacia, build sandwich with other ingredients and add fries to serve. |
