Marinated peri peri chicken pan fried served with bacon mixed salad leaves, avocado & swiss cheess. Include side of fries
Ingredients:
1 focaccia bread
125 g chicken breasts
35 g bacon
50 g mixed salad greens
1/4 avocado
1 slice swiss cheese
150 g chips
20 ml peri-peri
Directions:
1. Butterfly and halve chicken breast and marinate in peri peri sauce for 24 hours.
2. Cook chicken and bacon and melt swiss cheese.
3. Lightly toast foccacia, build sandwich with other ingredients and add fries to serve.
