chicken nuggets, the real thing......100% chicken and nothing else! Ingredients:
chicken breast, no skin |
1 medium matzo meal |
beaten egg |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. cut chicken into cubes. 2. Get 2 bowls ready with the egg and matzo meal. 3. Dip the chicken into the egg then coat in the matzo meal. 4. Get the oil hot and gently drop the chicken into the oil. 5. Don't put too many in, about 6 at a time does it. 6. They take very little time to cook, until golden on the outside. 7. Just keep going and you have a sort of conveyor belt going- from fryer to mouth! |
