This is another easy recipe that kids can cook. Serve with Green Giant Asian Style Medley steamed veggies, and everyone at your supper table will pay you compliments. From the kitchen of Tona Thornburg Court, Bridgeton MO. Ingredients:
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans chicken rice soup |
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained |
1 (5 1/2 ounce) can chow mein noodles |
1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk |
24 chicken, nuggets cut into quarters and thawed to room temperature |
1/2 cup crushed potato chip |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a buttered 2 quart casserole. 2. Top with crushed potato chips. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. 4. Put soy sauce on the table for individual use. |
