Another recipe for the college student. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast |
2 tablespoons oil |
3 cups uncooked corkscrew macaroni |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet cook chicken in oil. 2. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. 3. Add noodles to skillet and stir in soup, milk, and cheese. 4. Heat through and serve. |
