I love soup with potatoes and carrots in it. The potato and carrot will add some vegetables to your meal. This is quick simple and easy. Ingredients:
1 large potato, peeled and diced |
1 large carrot or 4 baby carrots, cut in small pieces |
1 16 oz (1 lb.) can of campbell's chicken noodle soup or |
1 10 3/4 oz. can of campbell's chicken noodle soup |
Directions:
1. Place potato and carrot in saucepan, add water to cover about 1 in. above potato and carrot. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and cook until potato and carrot are tender. About 20 minutes. 4. Drain. 5. Add chicken noodle soup 6. 1 soup can of water. 7. Follow directions on can for heating time. 8. Enjoy. |
