Chicken Noodle Soup

Delicious home-made chicken noodle soup, good for any cold day.
Ingredients:
12 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 or smaller cubes
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup potatoes, sliced
8 oz egg noodles
Directions:
1. Bring Broth to a boil (broth can be premade, or made from dry boullion mixed accordingly with water).
2. Add Carrots and Potatoes to boiling broth, reduce heat slightly and cover.
3. Sautee chicken in non-stick pan with cooking spray, until just cooked.
4. After about 20 minutes add noodles to broth, boil until tender.
5. Add Chicken.
6. Serve hot with bread or crackers.
